The French-style palace, with 1,915sqm of gross building area, was built in 1887 and underwent a thorough and meticulous restoration, faithful to the original structure, in 2010. The extensive botanical garden of 34,000sqm surrounding the house was designed by French landscape architect Jean Claude Forestier and features many century-old trees and plants. The land has abundant water, ensuring no irrigation issues for the 20,000sqm lawn adjacent to the palace.
The equestrian facilities, covering 4.6 hectares, include a silica sand riding arena, thirty boxes, indoor arena, truck garage, paddocks, an independent house, and two service houses.
